The Role
The Strategy Manager will support the Foundation in maintaining strong relationships with institutional partners, coordinating cross-functional learning and impact processes, and advancing strategic projects led by the CEO.
The role combines external stakeholder engagement with internal coordination and requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
Partner Engagement & Stewardship
- Coordinate and manage communications with institutional partners and key stakeholders.
- Organize partner meetings, including scheduling, invitations, preparation of materials, and follow-up.
- Draft and distribute periodic partner updates and communications.
- Support the CEO in the cultivation of prospective partners and follow-up of new partnership opportunities.
- Maintain partner information, commitments, and engagement tracking systems.
- Coordinate the development and production of the annual Creativity Pioneers Fund Report, working closely with colleagues across programs, communications, and impact.
- Coordinate with the Creativity Pioneers Fund Annual Open Call lead on all partner-related aspects of the call, including launch communications and dissemination, the management of partner-specific requirements, and any coordination required with partners throughout the selection process.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Coordination
- Coordinate the Foundation’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning processes across teams.
- Support the implementation and tracking of MEL frameworks and reporting requirements.
- Work closely with the Impact Lead to ensure timely collection of data, insights, and learning outputs.
- Facilitate alignment between programmatic activities, partner reporting needs, and organizational learning priorities.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for partners, leadership, and governance bodies.
CEO & Strategic Projects Support
- Support the CEO on selected strategic initiatives and special projects.
- Conduct research, landscape analysis, and stakeholder mapping on topics relevant to the Foundation’s work.
- Coordinate the development of editorial and thought-leadership projects connected to key themes of interest for partners and the broader ecosystem.
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and strategic documents as required.
- Provide flexible support on emerging priorities and cross-functional initiatives.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a highly organized and intellectually curious professional who is comfortable navigating both strategic conversations and operational execution.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 4–8 years of relevant professional experience in philanthropy, consulting, NGOs, cultural organizations, or strategic project management roles.
- Excellent project management and coordination skills.
- Strong relationship-building capabilities and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Outstanding written communication skills, including report writing, presentations, and external communications.
- Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Genuine interest in creativity, culture, philanthropy, social impact, and systems change.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with foundations, philanthropy, donor relations, or partnership management.
- Familiarity with Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) frameworks.
- Experience coordinating publications, reports, research projects, or editorial initiatives.
- Knowledge of CRM, project management, and collaboration tools.
Language Requirements
- Fluent English (required)
- Italian proficiency strongly preferred

Compensation & Contract
- The full-time equivalent (FTE) annual salary range is €38,000–45,000. The actual compensation will be pro rated based on the 6-month contract duration, agreed workload (FTE), and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
- Six-month position, with an expected workload ranging from 0.8 to 1.0 FTE, depending on the selected candidate’s availability and profile.
- Contract type, start date, and final working arrangement to be discussed and agreed with the selected candidate.
