Moleskine Foundation is building an international platform to catalyze a global and diverse movement of stakeholders using creativity to create equal, inclusive, and just communities.

We are recruiting a talented and hard-working intern to join a team that is determined to prove that creativity can change the world.

As an intern at Moleskine Foundation, you will be exposed to many different aspects of the non-profit world, including providing project management support, assisting with communications, as well as supporting new project development efforts.

The internship will offer outstanding opportunities for personal development. In addition to working as part of our team, you may be expected to undertake a personal project, which will allow you to further your knowledge about a detailed aspect of our work as well as to demonstrate your skills to our senior team.

JOB DETAILS

  • Day-to-day support to the marketing and communication team, including CRM, social media, newsletters, and website backend management
  • Day-to-day support to the Head of Marketing and Comms in managing the relationship with partners, donors, and cultural organizations in our network. 
  • The drafting of the Foundation’s annual impact report
  • Occasional research for the Foundation’s work on education and creativity
  • Proposal development to help fund new projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will have completed his or her undergraduate studies at a high level, and will be able to demonstrate:

  • Creative mindset
  • Curiosity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably in Italian and/or French
  • Excellent skills in graphic design (Adobe Suite, Canva) are a big plus but not required
  • Full MS Office proficiency
  • Good knowledge of WordPress CMS is a big plus
  • Hands-on kind of person
  • Passion for arts and culture
  • Prior experience in non-profits and/or consultancy is desirable but not essential.
